How Much Does Shipping Cost?

To find out the shipping cost for your order, please proceed through checkout, as it is calculated per order and depends on factors such as weight, size, and the shipping option selected.


How Long Does Delivery Take?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking link. This link will provide updated shipping information once your order has been processed and is en route.

Processing Times:

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within two business days, but can take up to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for customized orders.  Special orders are shipped directly from the supplier and take longer to process.

Important: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

*PO box and other non-standard delivery addresses are not eligible for Next Day* and Express* shipping. If selected, the delivery method will automatically be updated to a compatible service, which may result in delayed transit time.


Can I Send an Item as a Gift? 


Yes, you can send your order as a gift. During the checkout process, select the option to ship to a different address.
