If the item is still available online, you can try to place the order again.


Refunds will happen automatically if your order has been cancelled. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear on your bank statement. 


If your refund isn't showing on your bank account 5+ days after you were notified that the refund has been processed, please contact the Store Support Team.
